My sleep has always been messed up. I either sleep too much or too little. I don’t remember lasting more than 5 days with a decent 7-8 hours sleep each night.
My school days in college were very long, I’d be the 1st to leave the house & the last to come back. So my parents never noticed that it was always a problem, I didn’t give it much thought until I graduated, then I noticed a pattern, or maybe a lack of one. I don’t know if it’s some sort of illness, what isn’t these days, but I guess it doesn’t really bother me unless people start commenting on it.
